Muhiddin UYANIK was born in Afyonkarahisar. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Afyonkarahisar. He came to Ankara for university education. Muhiddin Uyanık, who reads, researches and questions a lot, always tried to do what is not possible or what is first. His interest and respect for his culture introduced him to traditional Turkish archery. Thus, he established Turkpusat, the first private traditional archery store and training center opened after the republican history, in order to spread archery.
He was registered as a Traditional Turkish Archery Artist by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in 2017. He established Turkpusat Traditional Weapons Museum in 2019.
